Social Media Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks in strategy and executes in content. You do not just post. You understand what the audience wants, you know how to script it, and you make sure everything goes out on time and on brand.
This role is the creative engine behind our content pipeline. You will develop the strategy, write the scripts and briefs, manage the channels and be the bridge between creative vision and published content.
You are proactive, trend-aware and opinionated about content. You bring ideas without being asked, you write hooks that stop the scroll, and you keep the channels running like clockwork.
What You Will Do
- Develop content strategy for IG and TikTok
- Research trends and market: save, analyze and reinterpret what is working
- Write Reel scripts and carousel copy
- Create clear Creative Briefs for the Creative Director & AI Producer
- Write captions for all posts
- Schedule and publish all content
- Manage IG and TikTok comments
- Post Stories and run Q&As
- Actively promote services across channels
- Plan and execute content ideas with the creative team
- Maintain and revamp the IG page
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing IG and TikTok accounts with results to show
- Strong copywriting skills: hooks, captions, scripts
- Deep understanding of short-form content trends
- Ability to write clear Creative Briefs that bridge strategy and visual execution
- Proactive mindset. You bring ideas, you do not wait to be told what to post
- A true team player. You collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Editor every day
- Basic figma skills for light template execution
