Fullstack Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who can take an idea and build it into a fully functional, production-ready product. You do not just write code. You think through architecture, security, scalability and user experience, and you make sure everything works end to end before it ships.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining our products. You will work closely with the Designer who handles all design in Figma, and directly with the founders to define and shape features.
You are someone who takes full ownership of what you build. You think beyond the ticket. You consider edge cases, security implications and payment flows from the start, not as an afterthought. You communicate clearly, deliver reliably and know how to push back when something does not make technical sense.
What You Will Do
- You can translate features into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain the application from frontend to backend
- Implement designs handed over from Figma with precision
- Build and integrate secure payment systems (Stripe)
- Implement authentication, user management and access control
- Set up security best practices: data protection, input validation, secure APIs
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed
- Maintain clean, well-documented and scalable code
What We Are Looking For
- Proven fullstack development experience with a portfolio of fully shipped products
- Proficient in React, Next.js or similar modern frameworks
- Strong backend skills: Node.js, databases, REST or GraphQL APIs
- Experience building and integrating payment systems (Stripe)
- Solid understanding of authentication and security: OAuth, JWT, role-based access, data encryption
- Able to translate Figma designs cleanly and precisely into code
- Experience with SaaS products
- Clear communicator. You ask the right questions, flag risks early and keep the team informed
- Self-sufficient. You manage your own delivery without needing to be micromanaged
- A collaborative mindset. You work closely with the Designers and founders and contribute to product decisions, not just execution
