Creative Director & AI Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director & AI Producer who sits at the intersection of brand design and AI-driven content creation. You do not just make things look good. You build visual systems that scale, and you know how to bring creative concepts to life using the latest AI tools.

This role is central to everything we put out into the world. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and Video Editor to ensure our content is always visually sharp, on-brand and executed fast.

You are a genuinely creative person. You bring ideas to the table, think in concepts, and have a natural instinct for what looks and feels right. At the same time, you know how to collaborate. You take briefs seriously, communicate clearly, and make the people around you better at their jobs.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain brand identities across multiple projects, internal and external
• Build and manage content templates for posts, carousels, slides and campaigns
• Translate Creative Briefs from the Social Media Manager into compelling visual concepts
• Generate AI images and videos using tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Kling and similar
• Create visual concepts and creative directions for different brands and use cases
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and formats

What We Are Looking For

• Strong portfolio in brand identity and digital design. This is non-negotiable
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Proven hands-on experience with AI generation tools: Nano Banana, Midjourney, Kling
• Ability to take a written brief and turn it into a visual concept that hits
• Sharp eye for aesthetics, consistency and brand coherence
• A creative mindset. You do not wait to be told what to make, you bring ideas and initiative
• A true team player. You collaborate openly, communicate proactively and adapt to feedback without ego
• Fast turnaround mindset. You will be working in a tight, agile workflow with the Social Media Manager and Editor
